Ortigas Land launches GH Tower

PROPERTY developer Ortigas Land Corp. targets to complete its 21-story office tower, GH Tower, in Greenhills by next year.
During its virtual launching on Thursday, Ortigas Land AVP-Head of Office Business Unit Trina Chan said they look to complete the building by May 2023.
She highlighted that the building is currently at 60 percent completion.
Meanwhile, Chan said they target to start handing over spaces for leasing as early as February 2023 or the first quarter of next year for parallel fit outs.
"We're very excited as we see this location as an ideal back to office location due to the tower's features," Chan said.
The company said the GH Tower is currently applying for accreditation from the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), as well as for the LEED Silver status.
GH Tower has a gross leasable area of around 41,500 square meters (sqm) and will have 15 floors of office spaces with a typical office floor of 2,800 sqm.
"With Greenhills Center currently undergoing redevelopment, we want to revitalize and transform the community into a complete one stop destination for shop, live, work, play amenities for productive and well-rounded individuals," Chan noted.
The GH Tower is Ortigas Land's first office development in Greenhills.
