The Technical Operations Officer will be in charge of overseeing the day-to-day technical activities of all Ortigas-managed properties including compliance to all local and national policies and regulations governing the operations of the properties. S/he will also attend project coordination meetings and collaborate with the technical services group on the implementation of approved building standards.


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferabbly Electrical/Mechanical)
  • Must be a Licensed Engineer
  • With proven experience in the property management and/or real estate industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Willing to report in the Ortigas Center area
