Responsibilities

• Manages all seller (In House & Alternative Chanels) on-boarding including collection of seller’s documentary requirements,  creation and management of seller’s contracts, BP requests and seller reclassification and clearances
• Over- all management of seller registration and compliance to the Housing and Land use Regulatory Board (HLURB) Presidential Decree 957
• Seller contract for In-House and Alternative Channels
• BP requests
• Review of all on-boarding requirements including coordination with RED Finance on sellers status (VAT/NVAT)
• Coordination with HR on HMO processes (liquidation, LOAs)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, any field
• With 3-4 Years experience in handling sales workforce administration, human resources, or similar
• Preferably with a background in the real estate industry
• With strong written and oral communication skills
• Can multitask and work independently
