Responsibilities

The Mall Tenant Relations Officer will ensure organizational excellence at the property by providing technical and administrative support and maintain positive relations between mall tenants, customers, and the management.
  • Handle all tenant or customer-related concenrs within the property assigned
  • Ensure tenant's compliance with fit-out guidelines and building house rules
  • Handles and prepares necessary documentation for the issuance of tenant's permit to operate and clearances

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 working experience working in the same or similar field is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills
  • Effective oral and written communication
