Responsibilities
The Infrastructure Engineer/Architect will coordinate, supervise, and manage the planning, architectural/engineering (A&E) design, construction and development of Ortigas Estates. S/he will ensure that the site is ready and compliant to accommodate new product offering and is future proof and designed in an optimum manner. S/he should be able to set development controls and ensure codal, zoning and ordinances compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in planning, design and construction management
- Has understanding in the development of an Estate including the creation of any other spatial arrangement of buildings, utilities, transport and communications
- Able to review and evaluate plans, design specifications, bills of materials and cost estimates
- Ability to coordinate timely submission of design by consultants, internal reviews and feedback, timely availability of construction drawing, and design and planned construction work
- Can conduct design-stage reviews of the operations and maintenance of the proposed design of site and building grounds components and utilities, and plans and coordinates implementation of related service contracts
- Can use CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
