- Act as a Company ambassador in communicating the Company’s image as a high-quality service provider to all clients, caller and visitors.
- Take the lead in managing the company's concierge services, handling the concierge team across different sites
- Extend ambassador role to promote a friendly and welcoming environment within the Office.
- Help promote all services of OPMI to all those whom you come in contact with.
- Carry out any other duties as directed by OPMI’s Corporate Office.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Communication, or similar
- With at least 10-12 years of proven experience in Concierge or Guest Services in the hospitality or property management industry
- With good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- With strong leadership and people management skills
