Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely preparation of Financial Statements with corresponding analysis and schedules
- Prepare monthly closing and adjusting entries
- Responsible for timely and accurate preparation, filing and/or payment of required/applicable taxes and other reportorial requirements by BIR, Municipality, and Securities & Exchange Commission
- Oversee and perform Billing and Collection and Disbursement functions
- Prepare weekly/monthly bank reconciliation statements
- Assist Property Manager in preparation of annual budget
- Coaching of site-based accounting staff
- Other related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy/BS Major in Accounting
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant
- With 3-5 years working experience in the field
- With supervisory experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Preferably with experience in real estate
