Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely preparation of Financial Statements with corresponding analysis and schedules
  • Prepare monthly closing and adjusting entries
  • Responsible for timely and accurate preparation, filing and/or payment of required/applicable taxes and other reportorial requirements by BIR, Municipality, and Securities & Exchange Commission
  • Oversee and perform Billing and Collection and Disbursement functions
  • Prepare weekly/monthly bank reconciliation statements
  • Assist Property Manager in preparation of annual budget
  • Coaching of site-based accounting staff
  • Other related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy/BS Major in Accounting
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant
  • With 3-5 years working experience in the field
  • With supervisory experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably with experience in real estate
