Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-planning studies and demonstrates feasibility of proposed developments for special projects, prospective and existing land bank
• Involved in development cycle for projects from conceptualization and pre-planning to planning and construction
• Monitors and ensures project activities are fulfilled on schedule and that the project is delivered per the timelines set and approved

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business, or similar
• Licensed Architect or Engineer is a plus
• With 3-5 years of proven experience in Site Planning and Design and/or related work  in a real estate firm
• Proficient in CAD and MS Office Applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and project management skills
• With an eye for detail
• Proven effective in a team-based environment
