Responsibilities

• Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the assigned mall property
• Recommends the necessary improvements to ensure the safety, functionality and compliance of the property to the applicable government regulations.
• Oversees the daily operations of the mall and performs other related functions such as maintenance, asset management, marketing and leasing

Requirements

• Licensed Engineer or Architect
• With at least 5-7 years of experience in property management and operations, particularly in the mall industry
• With experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership ability
