Responsibilities

The Assistant Property Manager (PM) willl be a senior officer of the property. Directly reporting to and working closely with the property manager, s/he will be responsible for the discipline, training, welfare, efficiency, and effective performance of duties of all personnel under his command in accordance with the relevant standing orders and the day to day instructions issued.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Property Development/Real Estate Management, Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
  • With at least 8 years of working experience in Property Management, preferably in residential properties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership abilities
