Responsibilities
- Monitor the sales teams’ documentary efficiency for their new sales.
- Coordinate with all pertinent internal departments for anything related to commission and incentives.
- Provide seller support in commission monitoring for contracted and separated sellers.
- Update seller’s information in SAP as needed for commission purposes.
- Conduct seller orientation on updated commission process as needed.
- Process and monitor buyers’ and sellers’ incentive for qualified accounts.
Requirements
- Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s/ College degree in any course
- With at least 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or admin
- Good service orientation and interpersonal relations skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
