Responsibilities

  • Monitor the sales teams’ documentary efficiency for their new sales.
  • Coordinate with all pertinent internal departments for anything related to commission and incentives.
  • Provide seller support in commission monitoring for contracted and separated sellers.
  • Update seller’s information in SAP as needed for commission purposes.
  • Conduct seller orientation on updated commission process as needed.
  • Process and monitor buyers’ and sellers’ incentive for qualified accounts.

Requirements

  • Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s/ College degree in any course                        
  • With at least 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or admin   
  • Good service orientation and interpersonal relations skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
