Enrollment
Step 1 Go to banks URL (BDO & BPI) and enter your username and password
Step 2 Choose “Add Biller”
Step 3 Fill in the required enrollment details:
- Company / Biller Name
- Subscriber / Reference Number : 18-digit company code and contract number
- Subscriber Name: Buyer / Contract Name
How to Make Payment
Step 4 Choose Pay Bill icon
Step 5 Select the company/biller
Step 6 Input amount of payment and remarks for reference
Auto Debit Arrangement Form
Fill out the ADA Enrollment Form & sign the Terms and conditions.
Submit the supporting documents to your Property Specialist:
- PROOF OF BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER DETAILS (any of the ff. copies)
- Bank Statement
- Validated transaction slip
- Passbook showing the account number
- Check with account holder’s name
Over the Counter Bills Payment
- Go to your nearest BDO, BPI, MBTC branch
- Fill out the Bills Payment Slip
- Payment Date
- Reference No. (consist of your 18 digit reference no in your SOA)
- Amount
- Payee : Ortigas Land

Loan Payment shall be in the local currency where the overseas branch is located. This shall be paid directly to the overseas branch either through submission of post-dated checks or a debit arrangement. |

Walk-in (Over-the-Counter)
Go to any PNB Overseas Branches or PNB Remittance Branches to pay. Indicate the name of the biller transaction is to be made and pay for it. A remittance transaction receipt will be issued for each successful payment.
Available in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Remittance Centers, Inc. (RCI), Remittance Company Canada (RCC), and London.
Bank Transfer (Mizuho Bank)
Credit PNB’s account in Mizuho Bank then fax or call PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya for the details of your payments. A one-time registration with PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya to be a PNB Remittance Member must be accomplished. To register, fill-out PNB’s Remittance Membership form by downloading this from www.pnb.com.ph/japan, attach a valid ID and send these documents to PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya. Once enrolled, credit money including transaction fee to PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya’s regular account and then fax or call for details of payment.

Send money through registered money envelope from Japan Post Office to pay for your bills through OBPS with enclosed instructions of payment details and a valid ID to PNB Tokyo and PNB Nagoya.

Phone Remit
Call-in to PNB’s Phone Remit Hotline and give your payment instructions. A one-time enrollment to PNB’s Phone Remit must be accomplished first through phone.

From the US, call 855-889-7788. To enroll, call the phone remit hotline; provide personal information and answer the specific questions to be asked by our customer service officer. After providing the needed information, you are already allowed to make the first transaction, subject to account validation procedures. However, to make succeeding transactions, you will be asked to send a copy of your valid ID either via mail or email. You may also visit a PNB RCI branch near you to enroll to Phone Remit. - London and France
From the UK, call 800-2829-000. To enroll, download and fill-out the Remittance Registration Form. Submit certified copy of passport and proof of address and wait for confirmation letter of enrollment. Send these documents to PNB UK.
