Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales assistance
  • Facilitate approval of request for special payment term and NPV computationProvide assistance on various inquiries & coordination requests of sellers to other departments (marketing, project development, other sales unit)
  • Inventory Management Assistance
  • Inventory and SRS maintenance and upkeep
  • Reservation processing, new sales booking and change request acceptance
  • Processing of Sales Reservation (new sales)
  • Validation, completion and acceptance of reservation requirements
  • Issuance of official payment term schedule
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly sales report for assigned project.
  • Confirmation and endorsement of credit requirements for approval.
  • Securing approval of client/sellers change request and other special request to higher management, those accounts that are under Reservation Stage

Requirements

  • Graduate of any business-related course.             
  • Must have at least one 1 year of experience in sales support or similar
  • Must be knowledgeable in the real estate industry with at least one (1) year of experience in property development/sales.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills           
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word, etc)
  • Organization, attention to detail, productivity and dependability
  • Adaptability
