Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the Project Director, act as a member of project core team during concept and schematic design stages of project
• Provide inputs on cost and schedule
• Assist the Project Director in overseeing and managing the design and 3rd party consultants
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports
• Coordinate with other teams with regard to project requirements and deliverables

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• With at least 4 years of working experience in construction management and site development works
• Knowledge in the real estate industry is desired
