Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the design and engineering team from concept development to construction documentation
• Checking for compliance  to design intent
• Assist in responding to various planning and design queries and clarifications
• Review and evaluate design against applicable codes and standards

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture
• Preferably a licensed Architect
• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in Architecture/Design working experience in the related field
• Experience in handover / turnover of residential units or building administration role gained from reputable real estate company is an advantage
