The Customer Relations Associate will be responsible for providing after sales support to clients and sellers with accuracy and efficiency, handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions, and perform administrative support involving, but not limited to, evaluation and facilitation of request approval in accordance with company policies, rules, regulations and legal requirements.


  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in client services and sales administration or similar
  • Pleasing personality
  • Highly organized and systematic
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Good human and public relations
