• Review and assess results of the feasibility studies for land acquisition
• Product and market research and competitor review 
• Assist and oversee the monitoring and coordination of the development schedules and milestones
• Preparation and presentation of project financials 
• Inventory management

Requirements

• Graduate of Business Management or Economics
• 3-5 years experience in business development, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized and keen to detail
