Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the Ortigas Malls Brand
  • Act as the primary brand custodian of Ortigas Land
  • Review all collaterals prior to production
  • Event conceptualization & execution
  • Coordinate and facilitate marketing campaigns and advertisements
  • Handle PR requirements and give directions for digital content
  • Raise Awareness for Ortigas Malls
  • Brief creative agencies for ad requirements for marketing collaterals – above-the-line and below-the-line
  • Implementation of PR plan, preparation of communication messages, reviewing, and monitoring of press releases
  • Ensure exposure in all bannering areas – about the mall, events
  • Digital marketing
  • Provide updates covering upcoming events & activities
  • Assist in the preparation of an e-group and constantly update merchants for easier information dissemination
  • Efficiently manage budget allocation and execute all approved marketing requirements
  • Forge synergistic tie-ups with SBUs, merchants/tenants, corporate sponsors, media outfits

Requirements

  • Must have at least a Bachelor's degree
  • With at least 10-12 years of experience in all facets of marketing
  • Must have handled marketing for malls for at least 3 years
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Has good command of the English language
  • Proficient in the usage of Adobe Photoshop
  • Well connected in the retail and media industry
  • Willing to be assigned in Capitol Commons, Pasig
