Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates leasing of tenant spaces in the assigned malls
• Negotiates with prospective tenants
• Ensures good tenant mix
• Creates strategies that will increase, improve, and maximize mall's occupancy rate.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any field
• With at least 5 years of working experience in mall leasing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
