Responsibilities

• Manages all leasing activities at the assigned malls
• Reviews and analyzes performance of tenants to make sure that targets are met
• Creates strategies that will improve tenant occupancy
• Oversees the leasing processes and procedures

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, any field
• Preferably with at least 10 years of experience in leasing in the mall industry
• Excellent oral and writen communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Innovative and strives under pressure
