Responsibilities

  • Oversees day-to-day mall operations
  • Handles mall tenant relations and concerns
  • Ensures tenant compliance with the fit-out guidelines and building house rules
  • Handles and prepares necessary documentation for the issuance of tenant's permit to operate and clearances
  • Other related functions that may be assigned

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or Architect
  • With at least 4-5 years of experience in mall operations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and client relations training/background
  • Innovative and with good leadership instincts
