Responsibilities

The Finance Officer will manage the financial performance of Greenhills Mall, Trade Fairs, and E-Malls including the formulation of budget, forecast and forward plans, and month-end closing. S/he will also prepare various financial reports including balance sheet reconciliation and statutory financial statements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant 
  • Must have at least 3-5 years experience in accounting preferably in a real estate industry
  • Must have experience in external audit 
  • Must have experience in SAP or NOAH, or any similar system
  • Very good oral and written communication skills
