  • Responsible for the financial reporting of the estates business unit including, but not limited to, financial statements and related analysis (P&L and Balance Sheet)
  • Coordinates with the auditors and does other financial reporting responsibilities as deemed necessary 


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant 
  • Must have at least 3-5 years experience in accounting preferably in a real estate industry
  • Must have experience in external audit 
  • Must have experience in SAP or NOAH, or any similar system
  • Very good oral and written communication skills
