Responsibilities

• Preparing, monitoring, and providing reportorial requirements and disclosures to the SEC, PSE, and BIR
• Will conduct legal research on various subject matters and issues
• Provide administrative support to various members of the legal, administrative services, and external affairs department

Requirements

• Member of the Philippine Bar
• With 3 to 5 years of progressive  experience in corporate law practice, such as contracts drafting and review, general legal advisory services as well as litigation  and litigation management
