  1. Mainly perform timekeeping related duties 
  2. Provide support in payroll and benefits administration
  3. Assist in development and execution of and champion employee engagement activities and programs
  4. Perform other related tasks as needed


  • Possesses at least a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent)
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in Human Resources, particularly in Timekeeping, Payroll, and/or Benefits administration
  • Is knowledgeable and familiar with all facets of HR
  • Organized and keen to detail
  • Can multitask and strives under pressure
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Estancia, Capitol Commons (Pasig)
