The As-Built Plan will be provided to you by our Handover Team during the actual Handover of the unit as part of your Welcome Kit. If you have a later scheduled Handover date following project completion, we can try to provide an advance copy / soft copy through email upon your request (subject to availability).

Can I request to transfer units?

Yes, but it's subject to availability, fees, and taxes. Should you wish to make a formal appeal, kindly be prepared with the following documents:
- Signed Buyer’s Request Form
- Fully Accomplished Reservation Agreement
- Valid IDs of all parties
A redocumentation fee of PHP 20,000 will cover expenses related to the changing of details in the contracts if the request is approved.

- All projects have pre-assigned parking, but not all units will be allocated a slot.
- Parking assignments were done based on the residential/office unit’s overall characteristics (a.e., level, type, size, TCP). This makes parking relocations / taking the parking slot assigned to another unit – prohibited.
- Some towers/projects offer extra unassigned parking slots available for sale. These slots cannot be swapped with the pre-assigned car parking of your unit.
- The standard size of a parking slot is 12.5sqm
