Can I view my unit before Handover?

For your safety, the unit can only be viewed after full project completion and the necessary permits are secured. We will contact you through a formal letter, email, or phone call once your unit is ready for viewing. How will I know if my unit is ready for Handover?
|
|
You will be informed by the Handover Team – through a formal letter, email, or phone call once your unit is ready for viewing. After which, you can settle all Handover requirements and schedule your preferred unit viewing / Handover date. Requirements for Handover:
Schedules for Unit Viewing are from Mondays-Fridays (8:30am to 5:00pm).

What happens during the Handover Process?
|
|
On your scheduled Handover date, you will be accompanied to view and see the quality of work done in your unit. Keep in mind to thoroughly inspect it as this will be the one chance to make the rectifications needed (if any) before the official 1-year warranty even starts. If there are items for rectification, allow us around three to five (3-5) working days for minor work, and five to seven (5-7) days for major work, to tweak the unit to your satisfaction. Once done, you may view the listed items once again before proceeding to sign the Unit Acceptance Form - provided that you’ve settled the full payment of the lumpsum amount and Handover Fees and returned the signed DOAS. Congratulations! You now own an Ortigas Land property where you can watch as your investment grows or where new memories can be made. A Welcome Kit is in order to officialize this event - containing your own set of keys, the complete set of as-built plans, user manuals, a copy of the House Rules, and other documents relevant to your new unit. |
Unit Viewing and Handover
What if I become unavailable during my scheduled Handover date?

If you, or your co-owner, become unavailable on the scheduled Handover date after confirmation of the schedule, kindly notify us immediately through cutomercare@ortigas.com.ph
The Handover team will inform you of the next schedule available for Handover.

Who else can accept my unit during Handover?
|
|
Your assigned Attorney-in-Fact can act as your representative and be authorized to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale and the Unit Acceptance Form on your behalf. S/he may be given the keys and the rest of the documents part of your Welcome Kit. Kindly have your representative bring an original notarized Special Power of Attorney document as proof, his/her valid ID, and a photocopy of your valid ID. Is there a warranty for the unit?
|
|
Yes. The unit will have a one (1) year warranty, from the date that the Unit Acceptance Form is signed. This will cover for the rectification of hidden defects which were not seen during the time of your unit viewing. Please note, however, that conducting improvement works to your unit after the Unit Acceptance may forfeit warranties of specific trades affected by the alterations you made.
