Can I get completion updates of the project or the unit I bought?

 

 

Yes. Your Customer Care Office will update you quarterly.

Can I request holding off of installations or deliverables in my unit?

 

 

We highly discourage the holding of installations or deliverables because it can tamper with the overall design and structural soundness of the building.

Necessary appeals can only be subject for approval if made before **** and are restricted only to minor works within the scope of the contractors. (Items such as doors, partition walls, kitchen fixtures, flooring, etc.)

What happens after project completion?

 

 

After project completion, Ortigas Land will secure the tower/project’s FIAC (Fire Safety Inspection Certificate) and Occupancy Permit. The process takes about eight (8) weeks and involves inspections by the Bureau of Fire and the Office of the Building Official in order to assure safety and security within the building premises. Only after the release of the Occupancy Permit can the units be ready for Handover with the assistance of the Property Management or the Handover Team.
