  • Creation and complete setup of SAP contract
  • Facilitate transmittal of all the documents pertaining to sales
  • Monitoring of accounts that are due for conversions
  • Set up monthly amortizations
  • Update data/contract information in the system based on the submitted documents by the seller
  • Checking/validation and encoding of PDCs details in SAP
  • Follow-up sellers for those accounts with lacking requirements
  • Maintain/update the monitoring report for lacking requirements
  • Performs related function as required from time to time


  • Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor's/ College degree in any course
  • With at least 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent
  • Good service orientation and interpersonal relation, Computer literacy, effective written and oral communication skills
