Responsibilities

  • Conducts unit inspection together with the Construction Management team to ensure that all units are of zero punchlist prior to scheduled inspection of the buyer/unit owner.
  • Prepares and facilitates approval of unit owner's request for unit alteration.
  • Coordinates with unit owners and Construction Management team on any alteration requests. Ensures that approved alteration is implemented. Monitors construction progress and completion.
  • Conducts unit inspection and prepares unit for turnover to buyers/unit owners.
  • Coordinates with Loans Processor on the status of payment/loan to ensure that account is fully paid prior to handover of unit.
  • Assists sellers and guests during viewing of Ready For Occupancy (RFO) units.
  • Prepares weekly report for submission to supervisor and department head.
  • Participates in various sales activities of the department.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in project monitoring and handover / turnover of residential units or building administration role gained from a reputable real estate company is an advantage.
