Responsibilities

The Marketing Associate initiates and performs activities involving conceptualization and implementation of marketing programs. S/he also provides support in the production of marketing collaterals, videos, and other graphic design needed by the Property Sales unit.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides assistance to the Marketing Manager in creating the project’s brand strategy
• Conceptualizes and implements events in line with the marketing campaigns
• Conducts marketing services to the Sales Team such as but not limited to: preparation of sales materials, sales booth placements, and assists in coming up with programs that drive sales performance
• Assists in the management of the marketing budget, forecasting, and planning
• Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day activities and assist colleagues with implementing campaigns/projects
• Performs related functions as needed

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent 
• A master's degree is an advantage
• With at least 1-2 years working experience in marketing and brand management
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite
• Has established experience and contacts in advertising, events and promotions
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
• Has the ability to multitask and can perform under pressure
