Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile app,  and display advertising campaigns
  • Maintain social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights, monitor competition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Provide monthly reports on digital performance including Share of Voice (Positive & Neutral sentiments)                 
  • Assist in designing collaterals
  • Handle other assignments that may be assigned


Required Qualifications : 
  • Must have at least a Bachelor's degree
  • With at least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferebly in the mall industry or similar
  • With years of proven experience in digital marketing
  • With excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in the usage of Adobe Photoshop
  • Creative, keen to details, and can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work in and outside the office
