The main role of the Business Process Officer will be planning documenting process improvements and enhancements intiatives aligned to the strategic direction of the company, core values, vision and mission, through utilization of business process frameworks and methodology, state of the art systems and tools.

Specific Duties : Process Improvement, Business Support, and IT Support 


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, English, or a business-related course
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in business process management
  • Preferably experienced and knowledgeable in the real estate industry
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strives under pressure and adapts quickly
