Responsibilities

The main role of the Business Process Associate will be planning documenting process improvements and enhancements initiatives aligned to the strategic direction of the company, core values, vision and mission, through utilization of business process frameworks and methodology, state of the art systems and tools.
  • Specific Duties : Process Improvement, Business Support and IT Support

Requirements

Required Qualifications : 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, English, or a business-related course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strives under pressure and adapts quickly
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to be assigned in Greenhills, San Juan
