Responsibilities

  • Handles all preventive maintenance activities for all building equipment
  • Ensures that building rules and regulations, safety and uninterrupted service to the building and its tenants are complied with
  • Ensure that all permits and licenses related to the operation of the building/facilities and its appurtenant equipment are secured and complied on time
  • Prepares periodic manpower schedule
  • Coordinates and monitors contractors regarding renovation, expansion, equipment installation and rectification
  • Reviews plans submitted for fit-out/renovation
  • Ensure that building specifications and restrictions are compiled by tenants and contractors
  • Prepares for any scheduled power and water interruption
  • Monitors and controls activities of other utility service providers such as but not limited to power, water, communications, cable TV, etc.

Requirements

  • Must be a Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineer
  • With 3-5 years of working experience in the filed, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and can adapt easily
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
