Responsibilities

The Customer Care Manager will be heading the customer care department. S/he will lead the whole team in addressing all after sales concerns and issues from clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Communication Arts, Business Administration or any business or marketing-related  course
  • With several years of experience in  customer  care, sales administration, account management, and customer  relations in a real estate company
  • Has in-depth knowledge and understanding on the real estate industry especially in after sales processes and issues
  • Must have experience leading a team
  • With  excellent  written and  verbal  communication
  • Highly organized and systematic with excellent people and public relations skills
