The program, which will last ten months, aims to uplift the lives of 25 youth scavengers while promoting solid waste management programs in Albay. Ms. Cathy C. Ko, Shopping Centers Division General Manager of Ortigas and Company, is handing over the check to Ms. Judith Claudio, President of the Intellectual Shopping Mall, the organization behind the program. Dr. Lauraya, President of Bicol University, is also present together with the faculty and students of Bicol University.
