Handover Architect/Engineer


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering.

- Must have at least 1 year of working experience in handover / turnover of residential units or building administration.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

 

- Conducts unit inspection together with the Construction Management team to ensure that all units are of zero punchlist prior to scheduled inspection of the buyer/unit owner.

- Prepares and facilitates approval of unit owner's request for unit alteration.

- Coordinates with unit owners and Construction Management team on any alteration requests. Ensures that approved alteration is implemented. Monitors construction progress and completion.

- Conducts unit inspection and prepares unit for turnover to buyers/unit owners.

- Coordinates with Loans Processor on the status of payment/loan to ensure that account is fully paid prior to handover of unit.

- Assists sellers and guests during viewing of Ready for Occupancy (RFO) units.

- Prepares weekly report for submission to supervisor and department head.

- Participates in various sales activities of the department.
